Update from Pulaski
Hey all...
Dad - I didn't really forget your birthday, it slipped away from me while I was studying for my tests, which we now know definitely paid off - besides are you still keeping count :)
Clay - Ken and I are now settled in Pulaski - working on the house and so on. I had my first try at the breadth exams last week. I had to pass three of four to stay in the doctorate program, and I had three tries to pass three of four, turns out I got lucky and passed three the first time round, so now I don't have to worry about that any longer, just study to keep up my grades (they need to stay above a 3.0) I have nine credits this semester, advanced physical chem, and I'm not sure of the other two yet...
Hopefully you'll be here next summer for the party (well wedding, but it's really just a big party) I am looking into hotels in the area for everyone to see if I can get a group rate, will you want just one room... anyone else want to let me know how many rooms they'll want...
Biggest Loser. I have maintained my weight, and done all my workouts, Ken has been great riding with me and going to the local gym to lift weights. I'll start using SU's facilities this upcoming week and it helps that I have to walk 1.5 miles one way to get from my car to campus. My parking pass is really that bad. By the way, how does my section win, anyway? The best thing is that all my clothes fit better again and I don't mind so much looking in the mirror upon exiting the shower, it was a scary thing for a while...
Love to all...
Tyna
